I went to this clinic after a 7 year dental hiatus - I woke up in complete panic about my doomy appointment and was proven totally wrong. My hygienist was SO nice and smart and funny, she explained everything super well and gave me plenty of opportunities to express feedback. She was crazy attentive to my nervousness and was very gentle on my gums. Dr. So was epic! Honestly, I have never had or known a female dentist (in such a male dominant industry) which was already +10 empowerment points, she was a mega badass professionally and treated her staff like they were her best friends, it was a beautifully supportive and respectful environment.

I was initially referred to Dr. So's team/clinic by a hygienist in the community who maintained "Katie So is the best dentist in the Okanagan". The tales are true. I cannot believe how much I honestly enjoyed my trip to the dentist, and cannot wait for my follow up visit (which says a lot b/c I'm getting my wisdom teeth removed).

All the staff are amazing. The hygienists are so friendly and really care. When my adult molars came in they were very soft and I've had so many issues with them, I went in for a cleaning and Dr. So fixed one of my molars that was chipped for no charge to make me more comfortable. I had a crown done previously and thought I needed it replaced, she advised me NOT to and gave me some strong sensodyne samples to try out instead, and it worked wonders!
Patient care is definitely their top priority.
They're not in for a money grab. They really care and make you feel comfortable.
